I. ABSTRACT

At present many cooperatives in Indonesia are problematic and have been dissolved, but Kopda Savings and Loans Cooperatives can survive and even develop. Therefore it is necessary to improve the development of Kopda Savings and Credit Cooperatives in terms of the smooth operation of cooperatives in relation to institutional devices that are able to carry out their functions properly and present legality of cooperatives, so that these cooperatives can achieve results. Related to the problem in this study is the position of cooperatives as legal entities in Kopda Savings and Loan Cooperative practices, as well as the legal relationship between the instruments in cooperative organizations in Kopda Savings and Loans Cooperatives.
